Dr. Yelena Shapiro is a Columbia University-trained prosthodontist with a Master’s degree in Prosthodontics and a two-year surgical fellowship — a rare blend of restorative artistry and advanced surgical expertise.
Her academic journey began at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she earned a degree in Biochemistry and Biophysics. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry, completed a hospital-based residency at Long Island College Hospital, and pursued advanced specialty training at Columbia University.
